• Delivery and after-sales information: delivery records, file-receipt information, issue descriptions, screenshots, feedback records, and related technical information required to complete file delivery, technical adaptation, after-sales communications, or troubleshooting;
• Invoicing and contract information: company name and tax identification number required for invoicing, as well as entity information involved in corporate bank transfers and contract execution;
• Communications: information that you provide when communicating with us or our customer service personnel by email, contact page, instant-messaging tool, procurement system, internal work order, or other means, together with materials relating to customization requests;
• Designer information (if you are a participating designer): identity information, portfolio materials, payment account details, contact information, and similar information.

• Device and log information: IP address, browser type, operating system, access time, pages visited, click activity, and similar information;
• Cookies and similar technologies: used to remember your preferences and compile website-access statistics (see Section VI for details).

1.3 Information Unrelated to the Services

We do not collect sensitive personal information that is unrelated to the provision of the Platform's services.

Note: The Platform does not currently provide account registration or login functionality, and we do not collect account passwords.

2.1 Providing core services: displaying products, facilitating purchase communications, processing orders, handling corporate bank transfers and invoicing, delivering files, and providing customer support;

3.1 Storage location: The Platform's servers are located in Singapore. Information that you submit, or that is generated when you use the Platform's services, may be stored, processed, or accessed in Singapore.

3.2 Cross-border access and processing: Because the Platform may provide services to enterprise customers, internal business teams, or partners in different regions, your information may be accessed or processed across borders by relevant personnel or service providers where necessary for business purposes, and only to the extent necessary. We will implement reasonable safeguards as required by applicable law.

3.3 Retention period: We retain your information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, including the periods required for purchasing, delivery, settlement, invoicing, after-sales service, compliance, auditing, dispute resolution, or legal requirements, unless otherwise provided by applicable laws or regulations. 4.1 We do not sell your personal information.

• Delivery services: necessary information involved when files are delivered by email, cloud storage, or other agreed means;
• Service-provider support: technical service providers necessary for operations, such as cloud-service and analytics providers; information is shared only to the extent necessary and subject to contractual restrictions;
• Legal requirements: where required by laws or regulations, regulatory requirements, or lawful requests from judicial or administrative authorities.

4.3 Designer earnings settlement: If you are a participating designer, we will process your payment information as necessary for settlement.

4.4 In the event of a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or similar transaction, your information may be transferred as part of the transaction. We will require the new entity to continue to comply with this Policy.

V. Information Security

5.1 We use reasonable technical and organizational measures, including access controls, data encryption, and permission management, to protect your information against unauthorized disclosure, alteration, or loss.

5.2 Although we strive to protect your information, please understand that no internet environment is completely secure. When discussing purchases or making corporate bank transfers, please verify the account details and contact information officially provided by the Platform to avoid information or financial loss.

8.3 If we discover that we have collected information relating to a minor without the consent of the minor's legal guardian, we will delete the relevant information as soon as practicable.
