Q: What is XingJi Gift Marketplace?

XingJi is a global platform for virtual gifts and gift-animation content. We provide digital content, including SVGA gifts, live-streaming gift animations, virtual items, entrance effects, avatar frames, and chat bubbles, for use in live-streaming interactions, voice platforms, seasonal campaigns, platform operations, international live-streaming services, brand communications, and other similar scenarios.

Q: What scenarios are XingJi gifts suitable for?

They are suitable for live-streaming platforms, voice-chat platforms, social applications, international live-streaming applications, and other scenarios that require animated virtual gifts. We support visual styles for a range of regions, including Mainland China, the Middle East, Southeast Asia, Japan and Korea, Europe and North America, South Asia, and Latin America.

Q: Do you support international business?

Yes. We provide gift content for global markets and support regional styles and seasonal themes, including Ramadan, Eid al-Fitr, and Songkran. For international cooperation, please contact us through our contact page.

II. Purchasing Process

Q: How do I purchase a gift?

The general purchasing process is as follows:

• Browse and select products: Filter and browse products in the marketplace by category, regional style, gift type, visual style, such as 2D or 3D, and other criteria.
• Confirm the sample effect: Review the animation effect and file specifications before purchasing.
• Confirm supported formats: Check with your technical team which file formats your platform supports.
• Contact customer service: Contact us through the contact page to confirm the required products, quantities, formats, and delivery method.
• Complete corporate bank transfer: Complete the corporate bank transfer after confirming the official receiving account details.
• Receive the files: After receipt of payment is confirmed, we will deliver the files by email, cloud storage, or another method agreed by both parties.

Q: Can I preview the effect before purchasing?

Yes. We provide test files for most products. Before purchasing, we strongly recommend that you confirm whether the animation effect, file format, file size, and runtime memory usage meet your requirements.

Q: Can I purchase products in bulk?

Yes. Enterprise customers may contact customer service regarding bulk purchases. We can provide package quotations, execute purchase contracts, and issue invoices.

III. File Formats and Technical Information

Q: Which file formats do you support?

Our gift assets are available in formats including SVGA, VAP, MP4, PAG, JSON, WEBP, GIF, and MOV. Some format conversions may require additional processing. Please contact customer service for assistance.

Q: What are the differences between the formats, and which one should I choose?

• SVGA: A cross-platform animation format commonly used on iOS, Android, and the web. It is relatively straightforward to integrate and is well suited to live-streaming gifts, subject to the capabilities and implementation of your platform. Runtime memory usage should be carefully controlled.
• VAP / MP4 (dual-channel): Video-stream formats that typically use less runtime memory than large vector-animation files and are suitable for complex, large-scale animations. Actual performance depends on the device, decoder, and implementation.
• PAG: A high-performance animation format that generally provides smooth rendering and good adaptability across supported environments.
• JSON animation data: A lightweight vector-animation data format, commonly used for relatively simple animations and typically offering a small file size. Compatibility depends on the animation framework supported by your platform.

Before selecting a format, we recommend confirming the formats supported by your development or technical team and then reviewing the sample effect in the corresponding format.

Q: What should I do if an SVGA file uses too much runtime memory and causes the app to crash?

For SVGA files, “file size” and “runtime memory usage” are separate considerations. Excessive runtime memory usage may cause lag or crashes. We recommend that you:

• Check the runtime memory usage stated in the product information before purchasing;
• For gifts with high runtime memory requirements, consider using a video-stream format such as VAP or MP4;
• If compression or format conversion is required, contact customer service for assistance.

Q: Do you provide project source files?

No. Finished gifts on the Platform are supplied only as finished-format files. Project source files are not provided.

IV. Payment and Invoicing

Q: Which payment methods do you support?

The Platform currently supports payment only by corporate bank transfer. Please confirm the official receiving account details with customer service before purchasing. You should make payment only to an account officially provided by us, to avoid losses caused by transfers to any unofficial account.

Q: Can you issue an invoice?

Yes. We can issue invoices. Enterprise customers requiring an invoice should contact customer service when making a purchase and provide the necessary invoicing information.

Q: Can we execute a purchase contract?

Yes. We can execute purchase contracts for enterprise customers and higher-value purchases. Please contact customer service to discuss the arrangements.

V. Custom Services

Q: Can you create custom gift animations?

Yes. We provide custom gift-animation design services, including 2D and 3D gifts, entrance banners, profile cards, badges, avatar frames, voice-room backgrounds, and other customized assets.

Q: What is the customization process?

• Discuss your requirements with us and define the content to be produced;
• We provide the proposed schedule, price, and production period;
• After confirmation, a contract may be executed and a deposit may be agreed for higher-value custom projects;
• Production and delivery are completed according to the confirmed schedule.

Q: Which value-added customization services do you provide?

Common value-added services include sound-effect configuration, format conversion, visual adjustments such as removing opening or ending segments or changing the duration, adaptation for PC landscape layouts or non-standard dimensions, and adding greetings or personalized text to the visuals. VI. Copyright and Licensing

Q: What rights do I receive after purchasing?

After purchasing a product, you receive the right to use it in lawful commercial scenarios involving your own live-streaming platform, voice platform, application operations, or similar activities.

Q: May I resell a purchased gift?

No. A purchase grants only a right of use. Without authorization, you may not resell, sublicense, distribute, or otherwise transfer the product to any third party. The Platform reserves the right to pursue legal remedies and claim compensation in connection with purchases of Platform gifts through unofficial channels.

Q: What should I do if I discover that someone is misappropriating or reselling your assets?

You are encouraged to report it to us. Once verified, the Platform will provide an appropriate reward in accordance with its reporting policy. Reports may be submitted through the contact page.

VII. Joining as a Designer

Q: I am a designer. Can I join XingJi?

Yes. XingJi works with original designers, studios, and creative teams. You may submit original work for review. Once approved, you may join the Platform and earn revenue from sales of your work.

Q: What is the onboarding process?

• Submit original work;
• Platform review, with feedback generally provided within several business days;
• After approval, execute a designer agreement specifying revenue sharing, copyright, and other terms;
• Complete training on the Platform's listing requirements;
• List your work and receive Platform traffic and promotional support.

Q: What benefits are available to participating designers?

Designers may receive a share of revenue from sales of their work and may have opportunities to be featured in Platform earnings rankings and receive brand exposure and marketing-resource support. The specific revenue arrangement is governed by the applicable designer agreement.
